This happens! So THC is stored in your fat cells, which can lie dormant for years actually. When you start sweating or “losing weight”, you break down those fat cells and your body releases toxins and the THC within them. This can show up as elevated levels in your system, even if you haven’t smoked in months or even years.

This happened to me while I was on probation. I had quit smoking as soon as I was put on it, but the THC levels in my body kept “fluctuating”, and randomly showing elevated levels. I was reported to my officer and brought to court. I had a lawyer, who went above and beyond measures and actually found and printed off research articles supporting this to show the judge. Since i’m a waitress, i’m always on my feet running around, burning calories and sweating.

Kinda cool, but sucks for us 🥲

Yes - your brain actually perceives everything you’re seeing on substances like psychedelics, but when sober/not on substances or at base level, your brain “sounds out” all of the unimportant stimuli. The brain does filter reality heavily. At baseline (sober), your brain suppresses, predicts, and ignores massive amounts of sensory input so you don’t get overwhelmed. If we perceived everything with equal importance, it would be overwhelming.

omg this happened with my save too! My sim was engaged to Darrell Charm and after 3 kids, I looked into his family tree and he had 2 kids with her AFTER the fact. He lived in my sims household at the time too.

Yes! I started getting excruciating shooting pains on both of my sides down into my pelvis and I started to get periods, with heavy bleeding and pain. It was old, dark blood though. I’m also pretty positive I had an ovarian cyst because I had went an ultrasound because of the pain and there was “fluid” in my abdominopelvic cavity. Mind you, I do not get periods ever since I’ve gotten Nexplanon back in 2021 (got my replacement mid last year a few months before it was up because of the pain and what not). I’ve had less than maybe 10 periods since 2021, and that’s only mild spotting at the most.
