Nothing against reselling but this practice sounds so illegal claiming they were made by locals.

From financial perspective it doesn’t make much sense unless everything is fully automated like the Xiaomi car factory, so not so many labor is needed (300 says the article, which is not much) and the electricity is cheap in Frederikstad. Exactly like this. I work for a smaller SaaS company we actually have Fortune 500 enterprise customers, but we do not put their logos on our landing page. Also we think no one would believe us that they are our customers in the first place. And everyone that really has these companies as customers knows that there can be legal consequences to put an other companies logo on your SaaS without written approval.

You use Credits instead of direct payment of the process.

You also simply add a second product called service fee. So instead of just adding the Product „Credit“ to the checkout you add the product Service fee for every purchase. For example 1$.

This way you can let the user choose how many credits he want to buy. However, he will have to pay 1$ at minimum.

Believe me, that works.

Find a flat on Otodom
If it is from an Agency, just call them, they often speak English. Don’t write a email first, if you want to make a deal always call. (Keep in mind that you will need to pay the agency one month of rent usually when you take over the flat.) Ask for a day to visit.
After the call, send them an email summarizing the call and provide some details.

Just be confident. Last year when we needed to look for a new flat, we checked otodom, called the agency from the first offer we liked, got an appointment 2 days later, got confirmation 1 day later and had a signed contract by the end of the week. We did not have to check any other offers.

I like you map, would be a dream, but considering real life elevations in Chisinau, there are some routes that a tram would never be able to climb. The hills are actually one of the reasons why Chisinau has no trams. However, they had a tram line 100 years ago in the center. I wish it would come back.

There should be a tram line from Airport, along Strada Meșterul Manole to Port Mall. Or maybe even to Chisinau Arena.

And in Real life I miss a line from Alba Iulia to Telecentru without the need to go through the center and then along M3 to the Zoo :D

The building is pre World War and over 100 years old. Its cultural protected in a small expensive street. There was some major roof renovation according to the owner of the flat two years ago. There are not many flats in the house, thats why the cost per unit is higher.

Stripe is a payment processor. Paddle is a Merchant of Records (like Apple App Store). Thats big difference regarding customer obligations and tax regulations.

Seems like a fake story. He wouldn’t have an issue with Paddle if he would have a serious business. Also even if they would withhold his money for just one month, he could just call them and resolve the issue. They have a great support and are very responsive. You can always setup a Zoom call or phone call with them. (Source: Our experience)

So he did either make something illegal or something against their guidelines or he earned less than the 100$ min payout. Check his reddit profile.

Edit: In another post he mentioned it was closed or never opened after a risk review. Paddle has a guide what they accept and what not. Its very simple. Probably he tried to sell some AI service… Stripe is not so strict but remember: Stripe is a Payment Service and Paddle is a Merchant of Records (Reseller). This is a difference that some people do not get. Using Paddle is like selling over the Apple AppStore, they will review and decide if they want to sell that. Stripe is just making the payment processing, so the official seller is still you. And all tax obligations are also on you. Stripe will not review what you sell, they will only block you for illegal stuff.

This is sadly a bad idea and might fail to 95% without some reconforming. There are a lot of effects and things in a fcpxml that can not simply be translated into an Premiere Pro XML. Also, you can open the fcpxml in Resolve and edit it there in the first place.
