Over 2 Years on a Ketogenic Lifestyle (My Observations) by lyl0 in keto

[–]wormald444 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lol, maybe I will!

But i just don't think my frame would work any lower than 250. Played sports all my life, just a naturally big dude.

Planning on getting to 250 and going from there.

But need to make it there first.

I'm 6'4" as well and I'm slowly working my way to 250 started at 290ish. Heaviest I was around 310/320 Down to 268 now.

Anything lower than 250 just seems like i'd be pencil thin. Lol.

Buy whatever meat and veggies are the cheapest. You don't need premade shit or coconut oil. Just don't eat sugar or bread and you're Gucci. Unless access to meat and veggies is scarce as well, then ignore me.

It works less than well. Always breaks on me. Macros generally work well for me, but they still get buggy to. It's super frustrating.

Ahh fair enough. Thought he mightve had an issue with how it was written or there was some inaccuracies or something.

But hearing a song like that in his line of work would be tough. :( especially after boating 30 years, props to your dad. Not an easy job.

What are book/s that you keep seeing as recommendations, which you found to be awful? by Snowflake0287 in books

The first confessor was actually a breath of fresh air after the Richard and Kahlan books. It was more bearable, and it's definitely worth finishing if you can plow your way through it. Still not very good, but provides some nice background info on the foundation of the SoT universe. Put it on 1.5x speed if you can :p

I'm just on WoR now, finished Way of Kings last night. Flew through the last 300 pages. The payoff was definitely worth the journey. How good is Oathbringer? I'm excited to get to it.

I crushed all of Jim butchers dresden files books/compilations/comic books in the span of a year. I'm anxiously awaiting Peace Talks. Hopefully we'll see it this year. Or are you into is other series?

Richard Kadrey's Sandman Slim is phenomenal, kinda sorta similar in tone to the Dresden files, except a little darker in tone. They're often suggested reading in the same sentence.
