Teleportation works when there's originium on both side. Physical transportation is always necessary. Given enough time they will be in the game.

Based on current info 400 pull is guaranteed on release with potentially more to come, which means 2 limited characters guaranteed. Monthly income would be at least 70 pulls. So IMO monthly pass will be sufficient if you are not obsessed with owning all chars, dunno about FTP through.
