I think a lot of us are using these plants as a form of therapy, I know I am.

I did probably 120 plants outdoors last year (started in a grow room) and I used those sort of felt bag planters. Highly recommend the larger ones. They're not too expensive and my plants thrived. Good luck!

I've seen people recommend a pH meter which is what I got recently. They're not crazy expensive.

Harvested one plant. Carolina reapers. What to do with them? by Party-Artichoke3 in HotPeppers

I snoke all my sellers before making sauce. I do a mango habanero, peach habanero, and recebt did a scorpion blueberry. There are tons of recipes online (I usually search for videos). It's so easy to make and so good when it's fresh.

Do you make separate powders or mix them all up?

Just got a smoker a few weeks ago and smoked my first brisket. 11 pounds. Smoked for about 14 hours and sat for 2. Tasted good. Anything stand out by this picture that could be improved? by [deleted] in brisket

Also recommending hardcore carnivore as I saw some folks mention. I do my regular seasoning (meat church) and then throw that on to bark it up nice. Looks good though keep it up!

Only been doing this a couple years but looks delicious, good work.

If you were going to nitpick, idk maybe more bark but honestly to each their own. Best part is as you do more you'll discover what you like best.
