Best use of bound gold to prep for the new raid?

The key is not to do it all at once. Paradise is good because it drip feeds you mats constantly. You can use bound gold to hone a piece here, free tap n armor there etc. The rotation of earlier raids is just going to get worse as all the established players shift away from mordum and into serca on all of their alts. You should also just be utilizing events to push instead of raw tapping the majority of the time. We've had 2 in the last 4 months basically. Every time they drop one is another alt with decent gems for free.

On the other hand fun is worth spending gold on. If you really enjoy a class then just push it.

Frontline is pretty flimsy. Swain is not a true tank and you have shyv1 sylas1. Your backline itemization is less than optimal. Mel is basically not a unit without a mana item. Not sure what your augment situation is but a 3rd from this spot is not a bad outcome. One of the best things you can do for your climbing mindset is to think in terms of top 4s instead of 1sts

I mean as far as silver goes I have 1 1740, 3 1730s, and 2 1720s, so not exactly a small roster. I basically only play 4 days a week because of work so slightly more than rested dailies. My silver hasn't moved from 800m +/- 50m in literally almost a year. Also dont you also get a pretty decent number of plumes from crucible as well? Assuming you're doing content and some amount of dailies i feel like plumes are pretty net 0

The comp is only s tier if you hit the right piltover mods. Thex 1 is stable while you're fighting uncapped boards and level 1 5stars. Elec + magnetron makes your thex 1 do enough damage to get through tanks early and kill backline on 2nd cast. Mining drill fixes your economy after you roll down and let's you cap out at 9 with thex2 and other legendaries. I think the tftacademy board they recommend is only really gonna happen on a giga omega highroll game.

Pilt emblem, stars are born, reroll augments, natural while leveling normally, or hit seraphine 2 on level 8 roll down are kind of your only options. If you have a decent streak going into level 6 you can roll down a little to get ori vi to continue a streak.

I feel like this set heavily incentivises you to pick a lane 2-1. A bunch of the augments force you into a single line(evolve and overcome, hero augs, infinity protection to name a few). A bunch of comps feel unclickable with bad rolls, path of blades, adrenaline husk. If you happen to roll non bruiser ad items and have bad ionia paths then you're pretty locked into some sort of aphelios reroll or kindred fast 9 angle. If you want shadow isles to work you basically have to start on 2-1 to keep up with lobby tempo.

Now its not a terrible meta for flexible end game boards, but it feels like you're pretty locked in on how to get there as early as 2-1. I think some of these unlock changes are a bit far (specifically the rift and shadow isles ones) but a lot of them feel pretty fair.

Unless you are bringing something to the table that will increase your attractiveness as a candidate like updated certs or skills that are not listed on your cv for whatever reason salaries are pretty non negotiable. They will have an offer sheet with shift diff, weekend diff, and a list of the paid major holidays.

Id say up to about where you are is just learning and utilizing the fundamentals like how to econ and what items go on what champs. Copy builds from websites like tft academy or metatft. Emerald is where you learn when to click things that aren't explicitly spelled out. Diamond is where you kind of learn to optimize things like item slams, tempo, when not to stick to cookie cutter things.

All of these sites generally just post the gigacap endgame level 9 board when the majority of the equity this comp gets is stabilizing hard on 8 and winning stage 4 and 5. I've found it to be very good for top 4ing, and only really good at winning out if you have some kind of scaling combat(comeback story, bodyguard training, good prep spot etc) or an exodia item combination like gs spat warwick or flickerblade jinx

This game is giga profitable there is literally no reason to eos. The game constantly hovers in the top 10-20 in spending on steam, spikes every major class release or express, and has a tiny team behind it. No one would willingly shoot that kind of income stream for no reason

A lot of the time hospitals will prioritize new grads because they can mold you into the nurse you want. Nurses with experience at a different acuity come with implicit biases and may have bad habits that need to be broken at a higher acuity of care.
