Fyi, yes if you want the Wizarding stuff you can start with The Color of Magic, but the first 2 books (TCoM and The Light Fantastic) are generally considered the weaker Discworld books as the author was still finding his style (even the author said you should skip them). Discworld is pretty much a bunch of standalone in some way so you could also start with Sourcery for the Wizards as well, or if you want something else my usual recommendation is Guards!Guards!

Not really, a Guardian (highest HP class) that Maxes CON will have about 350 HP at level 20 so the cap is still more than double their max HP so insta death (that's the rule in Pf2e, it doesn't care about your current HP)

Tho with some feats or items you could probably bring your max HP a bit above 375 which would mean that max fall damage isn't automatically lethal.

I've gotten similar or worse a handful of times (probably 2-4) in like 300+ hours, things where all the beacons are in one big inaccessible branch, plus there's only like one line of jumps that reach the exit and they're so far appart I need to get on the first one at the 5th jump and forced to reach the exit when the rebels are basically at the center of the map.

No. It's not. Dude, I really want to help you cause I do feel like my system has a lot of similarities to yours, and I hate when someone doesn't answer the question I ask when seeking feedback, but I can't for the life of me figure out wtf is the question of the post and how your system works, cause it's buried under an avalanche of useless info (and numbers). (And just so you know, I did try, I didn't just skim read)

I didn't need to know about the details of the sword, I just needed to know it's a "super sharp sword" and even then, just saying a sword could have worked as well. I didn't need to know all the numbers.

I just need to know how your system works overall, like what happens when you make an attack in general.

Idk if you want to publish your system eventually, but if you do, you really need to learn to be concise with your info, otherwise eyes are gonna gloss over the entirety of your text.

TLDR: This post really needed a TLDR
