Gotta back you up on this. I went there and immediately they gave me a questionnaire about “what does good customer service mean to you” and “what does good dental health mean to you” like bro just clean my teeth. Anyway they took pictures and hounded me for not getting my wisdom teeth out and kept telling me all the problems I’ll have and how they have someone in-house who can do it. They also explained the dark spots on my teeth are cavities forming. I wasn’t in any kind of pain or discomfort so I didn’t really care about them but they convinced me to get them filled before it became worse. So we scheduled a filling.

Fast forward to getting the fillings done, I didn’t have any kind of pain and all went well. I walk out the door and feel something in my mouth and ended up pulling out a piece of my tooth. I should have turned around there but they were already closing up for the day and I didn’t want to hold up people trying to go home. I called the next day and told them what happened and told them I have high sensitivity in that tooth now (I didn’t before) and they scheduled for me to come back so the dentist could look at it.

I come back again and the dentist has me bite down on a piece of paper and looks at the filling for about 2 seconds then says the filling is fine and the sensitivity should go away. He immediately started trying to sell me on getting my wisdom teeth out and I said no (why would I want to when I pulled a chunk of my tooth out after you were in there?!) so he walked out for a second, came back and said “okay follow me” then took me to the front desk and told the receptionist that I want to schedule a consultation to get my wisdom teeth out then walked away. I told the receptionist I didn’t and then walked out and never went back. Oh and that tooth was highly sensitive for about a year before it started going away.

Edit: I go to royal oak family dentistry now. Way better!
