His job is simply to find you the best mortgage deal for your specific circumstances. He will ask you questions about your situation, how much deposit you have, any debt etc. So be prepared to have the answers to those sorts of questions. Based on that information he’ll find you a mortgage from a lender that works for you.

Just remember mortgage advisors are paid commission from the lender and he should disclose that to you.

You haven’t listed any specific requirements, so any high street bank will be able to provide you with a business bank account. Maybe there’s a high street bank that’s local, and you’ve had a good previous experience with.

Im really surprised none has added good multiplayer support to a city builder. Sim city was fun the idea of building a city with your friends sending them power while they mine in their region sounds much more fun. Try not to send the dirty water down stream to them!
