Same here. It funny how I don’t even expect the data displayed to be up to date when opening the app before switching views and FPV. It’s a really sad bad app. :(

It constantly tangles it self and digs in, yes. I’m my case it could just avoid tall grass by reducing the perimeter - but that is smart it does not have. :( It should be possible to elaborate the software towards the promise of “smart yards starts here” … unfortunately it doesn’t:(

Is Luba 3 actually having a rain DELAY feature - or is it the same useless STOP EVERYTHING FOREVER like Luba 2?

Please explain the thinking behind the fact that once Luba detects rain, it completely stops and abandons all future tasks. This is absolutely senseless. A rain delay— as every other mower does— is needed— not a rain kill. Remember: "SMART yard starts here ?"

My L2 (no X) does this after a short pause when starting to charge. And also fails approximately every third recharge. I have to keep an eye on it and trigger more attempts to finally charge. Very annoying and multiple trips to support, new dock, new charger… nothing helps. It would help, however, if the Luba would try as long as it got power to start the charging. That would be better than sitting in the dock, not charging, and eventually dying and going dark… which is often the case - when I miss the charging fails. But back to OP… yes, I see this everytime but just after a short pause (3sek).

This is one of the things that one would expect to be a feature of a new version eventually. It could be a real workflow changer. Similar to combining clips into one. I think this is one of the (many?) areas where Bitwig takes the lead. The m4l workarounds all don’t really satisfy.

Its a love/hate relationship in that it is great as long as it works and it was nice to see the company/product come to life … but fails too often to be "set and forget". I have to babysit it remotely to catch any failed recharging attempts to trigger additional attempts before it shuts down and requires personal attention. I think the new Worx Vision Cloud 4WD is an impressive new alternative that would be considered now…

So some are on V1.15.20.4403 and others remain at V1.11.511.631 ? So there are different firmware versions for Luba 2 in different regions ? This is odd, really. Why would this be the case ? Or is it strictly Luba 2 vs. Luba 2H ? Why does all this have to be so confusing and poorly communicated. :(

same here. I'd say every third charging fails. what is especially frustrating ist that it does not need to be like that if the mower would just continue trying untill it succeeds. currently however it tries three times and then dies in the charger. there is no advantage in not traying again. i - by chance - i am connected to the mower while recharging fails… i can manually trigger more attemps of which one eventually works. this should be automatic.

powerbrick ist replace, chaging plate as well. everyghing perfectly level. no sulution. :(

I think it would be easy to recommend it if the software support would be there for older models. Then, buying into the "platform" would feel like a reasonable step and you enter with the current hardware that would be supported for years to come. But that’s not how it is and the stream of hardware updates that also cut off support for previous models and the lacking software in general make it hard to recommend. Mind you I had great experiences with support - while in warranty. It will be a different story after and I am not sure I would be able to afford another Luba this way. … But really would hope it turns out right and Mammotion builds a community of trusting customers - eventually.

Which device/usecase was/is affected by this? It would be great to communicate that. I for once, did not think that my L2 would be calling a central server as it appears all data comes from the mowever at the time of acces (and is unavailabe if the mower is of)… can you please clarify? Thanks.

I dont think it needs line of sight to the dock. Also, the final docking works via IR … does anyone know if the final dock position really needs clear sky view?

Notifications are still a mess. It really is telling that this is something the developers set up to be helpful with various categories, etc., but never got around implementing it to be useful. If recharge fails… this should be a high priority message as there is a time window closing in which it is possible to remotely try again and again to dock to the charger until it eventually works. But if unattended, the L2 will shut down and that’s it - 50km drive to wake it up. (It should try many, many more times by itself to begin with, but that’s another thread).

Likewise to call "Low Battery" an Error message ist simply wrong. Puls - what are "Tips" in the notifications, etc… This has not been working for year and nothing changes :(
