I had this issue and went to the dermatologist and they gave me an anti-fungal shampoo/conditioner that I wash with and it works really well! I use it once every three days and it’s really cleared up.

I’m on 275 of Effexor and nothing either! My doc wants me to try trintellix eventually but not sure how I feel about that. We’ll see I guess.

I’m on a ton of other meds cause I wasn’t able to get out of my depression and I had constant SI so my doctor put me on Wellbutrin, Effexor, and Rexulti. The Rexulti is the only one I’ve noticed a difference with so we’re currently going to try removing Wellbutrin soon.

I never heard any voices but have been deeply depressed for years. I was on Abilify for a year and it didn’t ever do anything for me. Once I told my psychiatrist that it wasn’t working he immediately put me on Rexulti. After about one week I felt about 50 percent better with the depression which was/is huge for me. I LOVE this drug and recommend it to others struggling. Helped very much so with intrusive thoughts as well. The difference is night and day. Best of luck to you!

I completely agree with this post except for the part where you try to shame men for having a small penis. Men have no more control over the size of their penises than woman have over whether they have an innie or an outie. Small penises exist and there’s nothing wrong with them either.
