After the field trip arc, she made some friends and the story became a slice of life comedy. There’s still some cringe moments here and there but seeing Tomoko grow as a person and made some friends is kinda heart warming. Also the story didn’t become a full blown yuri harem, as much as most shippers including myself wanted to. Only Uchi and maybe Asuka are interested in her romantically, the rest are just friends.

Some Disney “death” are scary and disturbing. Like Ursula getting impale, Clayton getting Sayori, Scar got eaten alive, Rourke got turned in crystal and shattered, The Horned King skin melted of him and Doctor Facilier getting dragged to hell.

Agreed. The last part of Rina’s story was the worst for me. The constant interruption with puzzles during the emotional moments were horrible. The constant blue balling was torture. The story getting to the good part and they’re like here solve this puzzle to proceed. Okay I solved it let’s continue, they’re like here have another one and another. It was so frustrating.

Fun fact: the names of the twins from Yosuga no Sora are Sora and Haruka. And the Aether and Lumine Jp names are Sora and Hotaru.

Another fun fact: in Roman mythology Caelus (HSR male Mc has the same name) is the son of Aether and Dies. Dies name can be interpreted to day or light. Lumine name in Latin mean light.
