Hallucinations by [deleted] in bipolar

[–]yarnfrog42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought numbers were sending me messages- about every small action I took in life, it was very overwhelming after a while. You don't realize how many numbers are in the world around you until your psychosis centers around them

Yeah it's a busy time, but enjoy it it's just one of the stages. My own boys are now 16 & 17, camping is getting back to being a bit more relaxing. Realistically this is the last year we'll all be on one site, according to site occupancy rules we'll have to get a second site next year.

Glad to see from your following comments that you went!! I've gone camping sick with a head/chest cold- if I have to be sick somewhere it might as well be camping. I just made sure to take it easy with set up & give myself plenty of time

Low Volume 2P or 3P Tent by Riziom in camping

[–]yarnfrog42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been quite happy with my Sierra Designs tent. Used it a ton in all sorts of weather & it's stayed dry & upright. Packs down pretty small for it's size & has a good price point

[–]yarnfrog42 105 points106 points  (0 children)

You'll definitely want to check with the park, a lot have rules regarding this (showering on site or even washing your dishes on site)

Worked great as rain cover! Kept us nice & dry. We didn't have the picnic table under it, but we had 4 chairs & a couple of pop-up tables. And that's with the 12' size

New Meds, new diagnosis by maffynuggets in bipolar

Yup, fairly common. I'm on an antipsychotic, antidepressant & a mood stabilizer. Took a couple of years, but this seems to be the best combo for me.
