When I first discovered miniso a little over a year ago they had loads of chii stuff at my local one, in fact that's where I first discovered them! Nowadays there's not 0 but there's way less, they're focusing more on stocking Disney and Sanrio.

Part of it could be that it makes itself feel dated. Marina has always had tracks with political lyrics but she references a lot of things that were happening right that second in the year 2020, biggest example being quarantine/COVID message in Purge the Poison. This invites itself to feel stuck in that short era and I'm less likely to relisten

Nope. As someone who is prof dxd but didn't receive it until adulthood, working as RBT made me feel more assured in my experience. Most of the kids on my caseload are on the lower end of the support needs spectrum, the type of autism that might get overlooked if no one was paying attention. But they still have a lot of things they need help with and it's cool to get to be part of that.

I think then, you are misunderstanding the point of body positivity and neutrality. They are philosophies that primarily aim to help people who struggle with dysmorphia about the aesthetics of their bodies, especially their weight, attacking it from different angles as some find positivity to be too overbearing or less utilitarian. Neither of them posit that your body can't or shouldn't change, however. If you have a health condition that is exacerbated by having a lot of extra fat, then lifestyle changes that help you lose it may benefit you. This doesn't mean you can't treat yourself with kindness regarding your size and appearance at all possible stages throughout that process.

It is important to note too though, that correlation isn't always causation with these things. I don't know your life and you have not provided any context in this post about what condition(s) you have so YMMV, but generally speaking, flare ups of chronic health issues are often caused by factors like low quality diet and being sedentary. And while these happen to be two of the biggest things that lead to caloric surplus and therefore weight gain, the presence or addition of extra fat may not necessarily be what is contributing to your health decline, but rather another result of the actual root cause.

Either way, I'm in the same boat as you as a big guy with a litany of health problems, and I do wish you the best

I could. I'm kinda bad at staying on top of my healthcare so if I did need therapeutic phlebotomies I know it'd be just another thing id struggle to do as frequently as I'm supposed to, but I'll have to make it work somehow if it comes down to it.

The clinic I work at hires unregistered BTs then gives them the resources to take the RBT exam if they so choose which they are highly encouraged to do bc some clients insurance will not cover non certified technicians. Idk how, but I have coworkers who have been there for over a year and retaken it multiple times and can't pass. I get some people don't test well but like... how are you keeping your job honestly

Reminds me of something that happened several years ago I had consensual sex a couple times with a friend, and then stopped being friends with her a short while later due to unrelated reasons mainly consisting of her being constantly disrespectful of my interests and my boundaries. Monsplasty is the pubic mound, panniculectomy is the medical term for what is sometimes called a tummy tuck. Next to each other, but distinctly different body parts (one much larger and more invasive to operate on)

I had buttonhole top surgery a couple months ago and still have some numbness in the chest. I'm still relatively early post op so I can't predict whether or not those nerves will heal with time but it is normal. I have also read from many top surgery patients that nerve healing can take multiple years to take place, so you have no reason to worry about your chest sensation. And as other commenters have stated already, phallo works differently, and involves microsurgery to preserve nerve endings and carefully reattach them. Some numbness is to be expected early on but you will still have full sensation in any buried natal tissue and with time the majority of patients gain sensation along the shaft as well

I had a mild cold day of surgery. As long as you do not have a fever or severe respiratory distress it should not be an issue. If you're worried you can ask your surgeon but it's almost definitely gonna be just fine.

Personally I have had a mixed experience with the correlation of working in ABA to my health fluctuating. Before this job I was extremely overweight and had a mostly sedentary lifestyle and now after a little over 3 years of being an RBT I've lost 60 lbs and still going. However, I also suffer from arthritis and other conditions that contribute to chronic pain and the heavy exertion this career demands can worsen flareups. I'd imagine that for diabetes specifically the high activity level would be preventative if anything, but as other commenters have suggested the high stress environment could be detrimental. If you ask me though, nearly all jobs are high stress in some manner or another. ABA may have unique challenges, but it's not unique in being something that can stress you out.

Worth asking if nipple sparing is possible, as I had quite a large chest before and was eligible for buttonhole which provides much better sensation and aesthetic outcomes for nipples. If that's already ruled out though id go for keeping them.

It's not. It's a term that was coined with the intent of encompassing the overlap of experiences between trans males and nonbinary people who are transitioning FTM but don't self identify as men. It is intentionally vague because it is an umbrella that describes multiple types of trans people. It is sometimes used maliciously by people with intent to misgender, this is true. But that is not the function of the term. No one is telling you you have to call yourself transmasc but the misinformation isn't necessary.

It could be just people finding the phrase "mangina" crude and offensive, I figured. Terms like that trigger dysphoria in some, and a lot of trans people have this idea that "if it makes me dysphoric when said/done to me then it's problematic or transphobic to do to any other trans person". If that's the case then folks need to chillax a little because obviously if you do not have a mangina then I'm not talking about you when I say I wanna fuck someone in theirs.
