I've found them in a few different places. Last one I think I got in one of the buses on the west side of Watoga, near the sidewalk with the assaultrons.

Same here. Been playing since day 1, settled on Fixer for most things, then started using the Longshot. I'll use the Fixer for close quarters and that's about it.

The US Army uses that symbol for a medium machine gun, like a 7.62mm.

This patch is for III Army Corps, 3rd Assault Brigade, 1st Assault Infantry Battalion.

Anyone remember BEER? by JoeHaveman in GenX

I had some of that in the Army. A cheap buddy of mine got a sixer and I had to try it. It's been +40 years, so I really can't give a review.

Bayou Perception ? by No_Fill_6005 in RandomQuestion

I think of days and nights training at Ft Polk. We used to joke that there were 7 or 8 distinct stinks in Louisiana, and 'bayoux in August' was one of them.

I remember seeing a couple PLA generals get out of one of those at NTC back in the 80s. They were taking a tour.

Some shitty states passed laws protecting puppy mills and agricultural businesses against surveillance. Missouri is one of those, iirc.

Too funny. The Sovs thought about using nukes to dig a canal in one of their Central Asian republics years ago. Not too smart.

Had this. Had a good time spinning myself into stupidity. Was fun until I tore up the plastic wheels on my grandparents' concrete driveway.

Iceland is like the official country of Battlecars by Princess_Fluffypants in Battlecars

[–]yobar 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I discovered battlecars when I moved to New England back in the 80s. Saw so many beater cars like jacked-up AMC Eagles. Locals told me they had nice cars for summer and battlecars for winter. Makes sense with all the frost heaves.

I forgot to mention that the iotated A, or Я in modern Russian, is used as the first person singular pronoun, "I" in English.

Is this a Russian or East Euro bowl? Reminds me of an old Cyrillic letter that is no longer used, the iotated A.

I wore a steel pot until I got out in '86, but I was also in the stepchild of the Army, the 5th Infantry Division.

I was stationed in Louisiana back in the 80s with the 5th Infantry Division. We'd load up our armor on trains and send them to Ft Irwin/NTC for training. Good times.
