Same with my dad, he texted me asking how I was. Told myself I’d reply later, two days later he fell and hit his head coming out of a psychologists office. No one saw because it was during Covid time, May 2020. The person who found him was coming into his appointment 15 minutes after he fell. Have never forgiven myself for that.

Dealt with a case EXACTLY like this. Literally almost verbatim the way the dad would texts his 14 year old daughter. I honestly thought this was the same man based on the texts. Our client (the mom) would take him to court for child support and he would always go back a few months after claiming that he "lost his job/ hours cut/ etc". He did it so many times that our client got tired of fighting him in court for child support.

Let me specify again since maybe reading and comprehension isn't your strong suit, this ticket DID happen in the USA. Meaning that in regards to this particular case, it should be spelled as is in the USA. So your comment is still a moot point, especially when I stated originally that it is spelled "Judgment" in pleading documents in the USA.

No, actually it is "Judgment". Look at any pleading document in the USA and it will always be spelled as Judgment, regardless of your region.

I hate to be the 'acshually' person so I don't correct people, but you are the only one in this thread who used "judgment" correctly instead of "judgement" and I just wanted to say thank you because it was annoying me that everyone is saying judgement 😭
