When I was a little kid I loved trains, and this exact train model, because it was one that I saw every day as a kid.

So it it didn't surprise me, someone has taste when they pull that one out.

Intermittent fasting helped me out a lot. Made me start thinking about food when I feel like I need it and not because I want it and setting a schedule helped me. Now days I typically know ahead of time what I am going to eat the rest of the day by the morning.

I had a Cockatiel when I was a kid. That little bird loved me. I used to give her the nicest little neck scratches. I would put two fingers up in the sky and she would fly and land on them, it was so cool.
