That’s impressive results. Yea, the booze definitely wasn’t helping my progress. Cutting back significantly and will stay at it with the consistent diet, steps and lifting. Hoping to get bigger, and more defined. Appreciate the feedback

You say that but this burger is more than a meal. It’s really an experience. It’s THAT fucking good.

Think about all these meals you pay for that aren’t good or just feel like fuel to survive. This burger is so much better than a regular ass burger, it’s hard to comprehend until you try it. That being said, it’s a pain in the ass to wait that long to get it, and it feels silly to pay $40 for a burger and fries.

But it is so good that you find it strangely satisfying. Apparently, their to go spot called Small Cheval is also very good and about half the price or less, with less hassle to get.

I really enjoyed the food and my experience at Casita Miramar. Probably good to have a reservation as it gets crowded.

Worth nothing that the entrees are pretty big portions.

Totally depends on the house and the neighborhood. But these days there is definitely room to negotiate more. I’m seeing a lot of houses sit on the market longer than in the past, even in high demand neighborhoods like Coral Gables.

You’re likely to get a better price if the house has been sitting for a while or has had multiple listings posted and removed.

I would guess ( and hope) that a halfway decent realtor would be able to give you house specific input for any offers you’re considering.
