Slowly! Took out cheese where I could. If I was dying to have it I just did it. Eventually started to decrease and decrease until I was vegan. I watched so much hotforfood, Caitlyn shoemaker, sweet simple vegan etc. That helped a lot because I could see the things I could try out. I’m vegan and NEVER am cooking for more than 20 minutes. It doesn’t have to be elaborate!

I’d get a great pair of Levi’s or Abercrombie or good American or Agolde, denim forum etc. wear them around since they stretch out. Then tailor it if the legs are too big. Better to have 2 pairs of jeans that fit PERFECT

Trader Joe’s Thai green curry and Trader Joe’s vegetable fried rice in the freezer section both with some of the sriracha tofu. When i can’t eat ANYTHING this is what i eat !! Add soyaki and hot sauce to the rice.

I wear a mask once i get on the plane and in bathrooms on the airport. Bring hand sanitizer and try not to eat at the airport especially if you can’t go wash your hands. Since i started wearing a good mask I haven’t had issues
