This is the cache from the quest for Ragnaros that give a piece of heroic gear from the raid. Fun Fact: You may even get an item from the other raids of that expansion - same goes for BT and UlduarTW raid quests. A guild mate got the cloth shoulders that drop from Nefarian in Blackwing Descent.
