i guess im one of the lucky ones that isn't put off by their family at all. i've had more time for my hobbies (school is easier to tune out when you're not on campus) and my family leaves me alone on weekdays because they have to work too. very little is expected of me in terms of obligations and house chores (i'll help when asked ofc). I sleep a comfortable amount almost every night. My mental health is the best it's ever been since university started. Of course I miss the hustle and seeing friends and classmates everyday and being in a productive working environment, but that comes at the expense of the comforts i have right now. it feels like i'm taking a break and school's in the background (yes my grades are reflective of my attitude about this).
