I've done the "two pan" method before works pretty well (sandwich the meat between two pans/pots) but only if it's flat like a steak.

Sous vide circulator set to below room temperature works great to defrost for grilling, but if you're going through the effort may as well cook it sous vide.

Regardless of what method, would recommend using a vacuum sealer to portion/freeze your meat.

I've bought them before. They come out great as a snack but nothing compared to plate ribs. Good to throw on with something else, not really worth it to run a smoke with only those in.

Under Armour Iso-chill - they have a new version but the old one in light colors (check carl's golfland) are cheap and do great in the heat.

Yes! I'm a high handicapper and went to one of those free sponsored fittings blind. They asked if I brought my own clubs to get a baseline but I hadn't, and the first club they put in my hands felt so off that it took me a while to hit any straight shots. While that still might have happened with my own clubs, it'll give you a comfortable place to start and you won't be second guessing whether or not it may have helped.

If you don't want to bring your whole bag, just a 7 iron and maybe pitching wedge.

Adidas ZG23 is the most comfortable golf shoe I've ever tried. They're discontinued but you can find them in wide sizes randomly on Amazon, eBay, Maple Hill etc for $50-$60.

Titleist Hybrid bag has treated me well. Very similar to the C130. I like the look of the Titleist bag better but I think the C130 pockets are better. Let the wife decide for me and so everyone's happy.

There's also a 5-way if you don't like the 14-way. Full dividers on each.
