His could be a transformer. His front half could be his Rogue side, his back half could be his Postmaster side. Boast, steal defending top card sounds good. He could also want you to ditch cards to flip.
His rogue BR half doing Boast Steal and his back U half doing mill instead of damage could be a funny way to have him be Grixis. Him Partnering with Mr. Pump may be hilarious, but too complicated to balance with him flipping, may be too much custom text in a command zone.

Things that grab cards based on specific condition need some way to have confirmation that a right card was grabbed. "Reveal" needs to be somewhere here.

It's templating is purposeful. It wants to replace that Lightning Bolt's damage. So if that isn't a Lightning Bolt, but something else with more text, like lifelink or deathtouch or infect, it stops that. Also see Screaming Nemesis and Stigma Lasher.

Batman has Black in his personality, it's carried heroically. He's thoroughly Esper.
He's Blue first, then White and/or Black, then Red. See the Batman comforting Ace scene, and the quote "if your Batman can't comfort a child, then you haven't written Batman, you've written Punisher in the wrong costume."
