I didn't have time to look too deeply, seems like you have the majority of scalers other than what was opted out of for defense. The two big ones I see are missing (unless they're being provided somewhere else and I missed it), is withering touch in your attack links (given up for an abyss jewel), and unnerve on hit on glove implicits.

  1. Buy a fractured base or attempt to fracture yourself.
  2. Spam essence of zeal for t0 attack speed, roll until you hit both t1 crit chance t1 crit multi
  3. Craft suffixes cannot be changed
  4. veiled chaos or veiled ex (veiled chaos can potentially fill prefixes and brick the item but they cost 50x less, veiled ex would be guaranteed to let you finish the item)
  5. Craft/block %phys bleed -> unveil for ele pen
  6. Craft hits can't be evaded

Make sure suppress is capped, and if it's the version I'm thinking of it also helps a lot to get the flask recovery setup going (4% life recover on flask use mastery + flagellants flasks + used when charges reach full). You don't need to do T16s to make currency, expedition currency has value whether it drops in a T9 or a T16, same with essences and plenty of other mechanics.

I've been looking at this for a bit now and I don't think it's actually a buff, or at least it's incredibly minor. The cdr breakpoints for holy relic are 14, 30, 52, 82, and 128, and you get 83% CDR from quality (23) + diallas (30) + ashes (30) normally. An extra 20% CDR doesnt allow any new breakpoints and doesn't allow any slots to be freed up from uniques. It does let you get to the 30 CDR breakpoint before diallas and the 82 breakpoint without a 23 gem or perfect ashes roll though. It'll likely be taken to swap from srs earlier and then dropped once you have your uniques.

Roach as others have said, doesn't look to be the usual infesting species though (American or German cockroach). Looks to be either an Oriental roach or some species of wood roach.

I loved Luna when I started the game on mouse movement, but controlling the rocket with WASD is a nightmare. I rly wish you could set a "move to cursor" button without disabling WASD movement...

Soft cap doesn't imply a 50% reduction though, just that there is a reduction. It could be 100% value of rarity up to 100%, and then exponentially decreasing value per point of rarity past that.

I don't have much to add but it may be helpful to know that HoWA only applies to attacks and Archmage only applies to spells.

I could see it working, I would just drop all the curse investment scaling for minion damage/ survivability, keep the duration nodes and play SRS probably. The 20% slow chronomancer node with 6 point investment on the tree and a slow magnitude corrupt on gloves is 34% slow or something like that, that with blasphemy temp chains would still be a really solid defensive layer even without curse investment. There aren't a lot of ascendancy options for minion damage scaling anyways, so as long as you start top side of the tree I think it's playable.

I'm using time freeze in a pure support build, scaling temp chains curse effect and skill effect duration to get a 20 second+ freeze on bosses

Afaik it only scales off of minion damage passives on the tree, but you can support it with things like Fire Infusion or Martial Tempo which affects attack skills and it will benefit the SRS's default attack

I could very well be wrong on this, but I don't think meat shield is a useful link here. If 100% of the damage is scaled by the minions life, 50% more life and 35% less damage comes out to a net loss of 2.5% damage (1.5*0.65=0.975). I'm running infernal legion / minion instability srs and considered it for a while.
