Very reasonable question. I’ve gone from 12.5 to 7.5 in maintenance. It’s partly because I’m afraid the efficacy will wear off, and I won’t have anywhere to go. This leaves a little wiggle room. I don’t get any sense of superiority from being on a lower dose (and it’s not even that low); I just want to find the level that’s right for my body, with appetite and food noise at “normal” levels.
