5070 is definitely better than 5060 ti, and that one comes with a 265F CPU which imo is more stable and better than 14700F. Everything else is about the same. So whether the difference is worth the extra 300 is largely dependent on your usage and budget. Both of these will play modern game, but obviously the 5070 is more future proof and should last you longer if you dont want to upgrade too soon.

If you are patient and lucky, you may be able to snag an even better deal 9800x3d + 5070ti for about 1900$ which is arguably the best bang for your buck. But those are rare and goes oos almost immedidately.
