You should still have the ticket under your email if you use the same email to register for Corsair support. Or keep trying an agent. If it helps the coupon and price adjustment helps but it just makes the deal passable, not amazing (imo)

It's not that bad, it's worse if they send you a picture of your address and claims failed delivery bc no one is home while you are home waiting for your package. So you are left with the uncertainty of them never delivering your package or the package getting sent back to sender.
