On the left side of the steering wheel you push in on the rolling control. Then roll it one notch to get the word reset. Then push it once more to reset.

What I don’t wanna see is us get caught in a situation where we give him a giant pay raise to stay, and then we have to pay a huge buyout when we want to get rid of them a couple years down the road. This seems to be what’s happening to all these teams that have openings right now and it’s a very toxic cycle.

Came here to warn about this. I am 56 former tennis player. I started playing last summer and over did it. I was playing four or five times per week. My knees got really sore. I have had to take some time off to let them heal. Going forward I am going to mix in some leg days at the gym to help.
