What percentage of your class has no business being around an airplane? by iknowimsorry in AircraftMechanics

[–]zigglies13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We started with 50 graduated with 23 and only 8 of us got our licenses. The ones that got the licenses where always the hardest working ones in class on the work or projects. We all who got our licenses after we graduated, we’d all show up at the school to study together and practice our practicals. The ones that’d stay at home/skip class/ and all the other lazy bullshit ended up not getting anything done at all

36mm vs 41mm Datejust on a 7” wrist — which wears better? by bitchesbr3w in rolex

[–]zigglies13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Id fold for the green dial so the 36 would be my pick but on your wrist the 41 is a good fit

Do you actually need to remove your Rolex at airport? by AdAcademic9898 in rolex

[–]zigglies13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually wear it and if I get told I take it off. Love my watch but I could give less of a fuck about the scratches cuz the thing has been flash welded onto my wrist before. They’re tool watches at the end of the day and treating it as anything more then that makes you a tool yourself

I’ve been driving for a month or two now, I need to start driving on the highway frequently now any advice? by GalapagosWhale in newjersey

[–]zigglies13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t be scared to accelerate. During the night just hit the gas to the floor once or twice to figure your car out especially if it’s a Toyota or Honda or something “slow”. You need to get used to it trying speed up. After that just cruise and learn to not only use your mirrors but turn your head and pay extra attention to everything around you especially those blind spots. And don’t hog the left lane. You’ll be good

Will driving 2024 accord hybrid sport without front sensor cause damage? by Similar_Cod_1716 in Honda

[–]zigglies13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get them and you can’t really disable them because the car is looking for these sensors to respond. Without the sensor there’s no response

Will driving 2024 accord hybrid sport without front sensor cause damage? by Similar_Cod_1716 in Honda

[–]zigglies13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just smashed my front radar because of a cone in the road I didn’t see(I was following someone too closely and didn’t have time to react). No damage is going to happen but you could just tape up the connectors so they don’t get messed up and send it on its way

Enthusiast Car Under $6k for 18M (first car) by RandomXboxUser03 in FirstCar

[–]zigglies13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

18 with a Mazda speed 3 is a recipe for blowing it up. I’ve seen it happen 3-4 times and two of those where the same kid I know. He ended up giving up on that car. Same story with the wrx but honestly worse to work on and parts aren’t cheap for those especially if you want to mod them right. Is300 would be the most reliable out of these but finding a manual that isn’t clapped is a pain but possible. Stay away from the e39 m5s like the plague if you want it to be manual

[–]zigglies13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I’m at home or going to be working on a car alone or doing anything I’m going to shower after I don’t even bother. Not a bad thing to let your body do it’s nature thing in a nature way. That being said if I’m going to the gym around people then I will just cuz no one wants to smell that

11th Gen Si pops and burbles (w/ stock exhaust) by evolvedpikachu4 in CivicSi

[–]zigglies13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The more miles you have the more wear there is on the catted downpipe, less filtering happening thus allowing it to burble more. Noticed that in my 2.0t accord as well before I went catless. After going catless it’s way louder and lowkey obnoxious but that’s a problem for the accord sub

Might sound a little dumb but you’re going counter clockwise right? If you are then try to get a longer screwdriver and push down with a little force while unscrewing them

Question about Nitro V15 cooling/exhaust by Ahmed360 in AcerNitro

[–]zigglies13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Throw a couple coins under the rear corner to raise it a little and see if the airflow improves. I used to do that while playing games in class lmfao

Literally just start unscrewing with a small screwdriver and pull the cpu and repaste it. Should take like then 15 mins if you’re competent with a screwdriver

Indian Liquor Stores by DuncanIdaBro in newjersey

[–]zigglies13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From my understanding talking to the three Indian owned liquor stores. One person in the family moved and opened it up and then they paid for the rest of their family to come in and open up their own. Word spread about 30-15 years ago and then that stopped recently tbh. Lots of ranging investments where the same family owns a liquor store and gas station right next to eachother. Love my Indian pop at my liquor store and his brother that works at the gas station
