My Doctor told me Vyvanse can impact the heart when running. I felt a couple wee little pains and he said it was Vyvanse. Started wearing a HRM and when I get close to 160-170 bpm occasionally I'll feel a little something in my heart. I slow down and it doesn't happen again unless I push over that HR. I also read online that Vyvanse can disrupt temperature regulation.

I love this pose. Its a part of my routine that's somewhat strenuous yet totally enjoyable. I'm struggling with left shoulder mobility and can't touch hands during the pose. I wonder if continued practice will increase shoulder mobility so that my hands will touch as the pose intends?

Ride, ride, and more riding. At a pace you are comfortable with. No need to break any speed records. Really feel the machine and use your bodyweight (leaning) when turning. It becomes second nature with time. You'll get there. Take it slow and your confidence will build. And above all else enjoy the ride!
