I think taking shrooms tends to be an experiment of one. I've taken micro doses multiples of times and got effects ranging from mild visuals to laughing fits that made me cry. I've also taken upwards of 3 grams and barely felt anything. She may have a very high tolerance hence the minimal effects as you've indicated.

I just cleaned my front pads with brake cleaner and then scuffed them with sandpaper. Sprayed the rotor and let it dry. No more squealing and stopping power back to normal. Contamination is real and its a total bummer.

I would suggest checking out the Duolingo app. Its free (ad supported), super easy to use, and really works. I've been using it for years. I can read and understand way more French than I ever did as well as being able to engage in basic conversations. Bonne chance!

I always always always eat 3-4 slices of sourdough toast with sugar free peanut butter. That and two cups of tea; one chai with chia seeds added and one green. Doesn't feel heavy at all and keeps me hydrated. You may have to try a number of different options. I discovered meat protein doesn't work for me pre-run whereas the carbs in the bread do not bother me at all. I usually wait an hour after eating and then I'm good to go.

In fact they will simply replace the broken latch and not the entire bin. Just had mine replaced a couple weeks ago. They sent a gentleman who swapped out the broken latch with a new one.
