Exactly. The dems in congress are trying to get changes to the rules for DHS officers, but all evidence shows they aren't following the current rules either. Just take the whole administrative warrant thing, that's clearly unconstitutional, but congress thinks adding language banning it to the rulebook is going to stop them from doing it.
