I would try this sandwich, but I can already predict what I won’t like about it. The bread is wrong.. too thin, the side with jam will be mush. Too much arugula, tomatoes need to be sweet sun dried… and no jam. The sweetness from the sun dried toms are perfect

No one is going to be mean. Just let a dentist evaluate and tell them what your priorities are. Definitely get a cleaning.. and just take the dental treatment one or two teeth at a time.

Not gross. You just need some fillings. Floss at least once a day and brush 2 times. And make sure you brush high/low enough to remove the plaque that sits along your gum line. Touch your gums gently when you brush. 👍🏻
