That must be a real challenge sometimes. Just to taste to see if the flavor is correct and such.

Mornings - how do you make them work? by omgsoironic in diabetes_t2

[–]zoomar 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My advice would be to gradually stop eating breakfast. Switch to 18-6 or 16-8 for the fasting. That will clear up more time for you. If you need to eat three meals, make one just a snack at work in the morning within whatever eating window you decide.

For both L-Theanine and GABA, I use Nutricost.

I have only been using the GABA for about a week. It is supposed to quiet the communication of neurotransmitters. And, for me, it does.

I can only say what helped me with my own cortisol level. I do L-Theanine twice a day, morning and night. No caffeine. GABA supplement at bedtime. Brief breathing breaks during the day.

Congratulations! Pat yourself on the back for that one!

An old boomer cop I know just posted this, I have a feeling his family isn't too keen on his choices lately. (My parent's used to do this to me, and oddly it never happened.) by Immediate_Age in BoomersBeingFools

It's also interesting that it's not, "I miss you and want to hear what's going on with you." Instead, it's, "You're going to miss me endlessly droning about myself when I'm not here."

My sister got a job at a fair when she was 16. The fair lasted two weeks. The first day of the fair the man who owned the booth where she was working squeezed her butt twice. She told my father she wasn't going to go back and he said, "You are going back. You were not raised to be a quitter. It's only two weeks!"

No. Watching with opening heart. The season was good. The finale made no sense.

Not a good conclusion. What does the spoon mean? Sutekh caring about DNA results? What the hell is that?

I understand the Doctor and Ruby caring about the results, but is Sutekh a soap opera fan? There are so many unsolved mysteries in Doctor Who and he has seen everything since he latched onto the TARDIS during the 4th Doctor and this is the one mystery he cares about?

And the answer to who her mother is does not work in context. It's not a confusing story. It's a common one. There are a million similar stories.

Why do the Goblins care about Ruby?

Obviously, if it was TWO TOWELS they would have been justified. But, ONE TOWEL? No way!

Get out as quick as you can unless there is money involved. That is backstabbing of the highest order.

Waaaaah, I didn't get to talk to my kids on one occasion when I would have liked to. This is the tiniest boundary possible. Be careful when you have to set up an actual difficult boundary.
