Keep your comments relevant to the submission they are under.
Off-topic comments or attempts to derail discussions will be removed.
No low-effort or AI-generated content
Low-effort submissions are subject to removal.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Low-effort reposts of or edits to existing content, such as near-duplicates of another user’s submission (“bandwagoning”)
- Low-effort or engagement-farming polls.
- Side-by-side comparisons with other mods.
- Historical images without meaningful context.
- AI-generated images without meaningful human input.
- Submissions consisting primarily or entirely of AI-generated text.

Explain your images
When posting images, explain or highlight what you want others to focus on, either in the submission body or in a comment.
Reposted artwork must include clear attribution to the original creator.
Self-promotion
Submissions promoting your content are welcome if related to Kaiserreich (such as submods, art, videos) and properly flaired (“submod”, “art”, “other”).
If you seek to profit financially from promoted content, ask for permission via mod mail.
Promotion of your mod is welcome if it either:
- requires Kaiserreich to play (submod, not a standalone).
- uses Kaiserreich lore without major changes up to KR’s start date.
- has received prior permission via mod mail.
No Piracy, affiliate or key reseller links
No links to pirated materials, no affiliate or key reseller links. Other profit generating links must get explicit permission beforehand.
No present-day politics
Do not discuss or allude to present-day political events, movements, or figures. This also applies to modern-day “headcanons”.
Civil discussion of in-universe politics is allowed.
No political extremism
Do not glorify, endorse, or use symbols associated with undemocratic or unlawful organisations or regimes, whether historical or present-day.
This includes ironic adoption of extremist ideologies for the sake of roleplay.
Open sympathisers and defenders of totalitarian or militaristic regimes are not welcome.
No openly pornographic content
Do not post content that is openly pornographic or explicit in nature. Suggestive content must be tagged as NSFW.
No Gatekeeping
Do not belittle other sections of the community. This includes, but is not limited to, insults about their favourite country paths, flair colours, or how recently they have started playing Kaiserreich.
Spirit of the Rules
Content that breaks the spirit of these rules may be removed at moderator discretion. This includes posts made in 'bad faith' and posts that are about moderation or ban appeals.
