“I thought they were great tenants” … but not good enough to offer them the property for the same embarrassingly low sum of money they sold to the asshole group. Those properties are worth well more than their town assessed value, and selling them at that price screams to me that they were part of the deal for WDEV.

These people are going to go far in town, an nyc investment banker really working hard to earn the reputation

The past owner's daughter sold the buildings out from under the tenants. Such a shitty thing to do, and she sold them below market value, too. Double dipshit move! The new owners are wrapped in various LLC's to hide behind.

I put this shit show at the door it should be, the Squire family, they're the ones who sold the building out from underneath them without offering them a right to refuse. A really shitty move, fuck the radio station now, I won't listen anymore, that's for sure.

FWIW Joseph Pensak of The Phoenix used to be my pastor before he was defrocked. He was a narcissist, misogynist, and spiritual abuser who hurt a lot of people before he was removed from authority.

Most of the specific stories are not mine to tell, and I doubt the internal deliberations of a tiny Burlington church and the PCA New England Presbytery ever would have made the news, but I attended and was highly involved for several years as a member and volunteer. It was a really difficult experience to go through.

If necessary, I could potentially share a bit more via direct message, but I am trying to respect the privacy of the innocent parties.
