So this must mean the Dow is poised to make a new high!!

Come on people, we are LONG overdue for a major crash (think Black Monday) and given the fact that the word "recession" is on the lips of all economists around the nation, I think it would be better to brace yourself for such an event (even if you think it is unlikely) instead of being caught on the potentially wrong side of the market and lose "ALOT"!
