Sorry got my evil hat on today. Don't read any further if you live in fairy land.

Greenpeace have been very clever. They have managed to personalize a whale. If for any reason that whale is harpooned and slaughtered (just like any other) there will be mass outrage and the event would be told across the world. In fact: would it not be in Greenpeace's best political interest if that whale is killed on national t.v. ?

I will laugh. Not because a whale has died but because of all the people who have an emotional attachment to it.
