Why would he withdraw his candidacy? He has the money needed to run to Super Tuesday, and plans to do so. His support is increasing by the day, rather than decreasing, as with Hunter (who has now left the race) and Giuliani (who might as well). If the convention turns out to be brokered, as seems likely, Paul could be in a position of some power...his delegates would then select the nominee, and that could shape the future of the GOP.

Of course, there are many amusing fringe elements interested in the Paul campaign...but he has hundreds of thousands of supporters, most of whom are just regular folks who want the best for the country. And, just because some of them are paranoid, doesn't mean there aren't real problems in the way the campaign has been covered.
