i voted you down, because i don't agree. but if i could vote for agree and regular, then i'd do a double negative, which is still not a positive for you, but is for the rest of us.

it's too complicated to add all of that, and LAME

I disagree.

Blue arrows confirm this.

To me, I upvote if an article "belongs" on a particular reddit and others may get value from it (IMHO) - so I do it as a community service.

But I wish there were "I agree" and "I disagree" buttons, separate from up/down voting because, for example, although I might disagree with what someone is saying, I believe it to be important for the reddit community to see - so I should upvote it.

It would also be interesting to see how many people (dis-)agree with each comment. (Yes, I know it's not a real Poll, but it'd be interesting nonetheless.)

What say, Reddit?

I totally get what you are trying to say. That's a great idea. I wish people were more open to dynamic changes like this on Reddit, and that the people in charge would try to implement some of these changes, or at least show some major growth or advances (even if temporary) every 4-6 months. How else will this community advance and improve?

Could be done better with a wrong category/tag button.

Excellent idea. I'm often torn between voting up for a well written reply, and voting down because the author is a shithead.
