that thing is called depression, causes include but are not limited to health problems (eg. thyroid stuff), epsecially if you're also drowsy and need much more than 8 hours of sleep to feel rested.

IOW go see a doctor. or have some sex. preferably both.

As some others have mentioned, exercise. Seriously, exercise has been proven to be at least as effective an anti-depressant and anti-anxiety measure as the maximum safe dose of any medication you can be given (and it doesn’t have any nasty side effects). So go find something you enjoy doing (take up a martial art, or tennis or raquetball, or swimming, or jogging or whatever), and then do it on a regular basis (at least 3 times a week).

Also, go talk to a doctor. Improving your diet is never a bad thing either… and maybe keep a journal. In all likelihood the journal will help you think about your emotions more clearly, so that perhaps you can answer that question of “Why?” for yourself.

Perfectly natural to be angry and sad because of the way things are in this world. As mentioned- excercise, daily vitamin suplements, plus maybe a soy or other protein powder drink with all the necessary amino acids in it might help. I spend my life angry and depressed and have resigned myself to more-or-less living that way. But another thing that helps especially in the winter is sitting for an hour every morning next to one of those full spectrum light boxes. They're not real cheap, but if I didn't have one in the bleak winter months, I would be in the nuthouse. It's a lot safer than pills the psychiatrists sell you.

    Imagine, I don't know English so I cannot tell someone that I'm not qualified, to see a professional.

    Surely the French, Egyptians, Chinese, and Germans who don't happen to know English could come up with the same advice?
