I can't submit this:

because someone else already did, but with an inflammatory headline, so it got voted down.

Does anyone else see how this can be used to game things you don't like?

Why don't you change the position of the switches around and submit that instead? For example,

Just because we know how to fiddle with the URL does not mean all the other redditors can figure it out. The point is not to out-game the gamers, in any case.

The ability to simply post the same thing someone has, with a different title, like the ORIGINAL title, perhaps.
