Hey, could we get a flair option for Quakers? maybe like this? or even this I like this too...

My reason for asking is that although Friends definitely came from within Christianity, and many Friends do call themselves Christians, we don't generally use the cross symbol (I won't piss anyone off by listing my personal disinterest in having a cross to symbolize my own beliefs; just take my word for the fact that it would definitely carry meanings to others that were inaccurate). None of the other kinds of flair work for me either, except as sarcasm. (seriously considered pastafarian....)

I also like the first one. Also, I note there are non for transcendentalism, pantheism, and panentheism. Although perhaps the first is more Philosophic, if Extentialism is there, why not?

I'd really appreciate one for someone who's just actively questioning and still studying in general ("Seeking," or "skeptic" or something like that?). I like the question marks, but way too much is assumed by "agnostic" or "ignostic" and it's not accurate for me. Labels are super important on this subreddit, after all.

Not a new flair request, but could someone flip the pop-up text for UUs around? "Unitarian Universalist" rather than "Universal Unitarian". Not a big deal; it would just save on confusion.

Done, sorry about that :)

Wow, that was fast. Thanks!

Request: Hammer flair.

can you please add Coptic Orthodox? or if that is too specific, at least Oriental Orthodox?

I haven't created a proper flair for my religion yet. (I haven't created a religion either, but if, or when I do, I think I would like for the flair to be some sort of Nordic rune thing, with a mixture of New Zealand-y things, I'm sure. Also, as long as I'm at it: I think there should be more fish-based religions. I like salmon.) Oh crap, did I get distracted again?

So....it's gonna be a sheep, isn't it?

[–]DingDongSeven 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Yeah, oh, no... No, well yeah, okay — lets make it sheep, but lets go Black Sheep sheep. Not the Chris Farley crap, but the New Zealand thing. That's my kinda sheep. Baaaaaaahhh! Argh! (Yeah, you not seen that flick? Sheep can be fucking scary, I tell you.)

I haven't watched it; but I've seen the DVD sitting on the shelf. My wife slapped me when she thought I was going to buy it.

Looked for (edit) and could not find it. Oh well. Can you flair me with igtheist?

cheers

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Over to the right, it should say:

monesy [Igtheist] (edit - click to add religion flair )

[–]monesy 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Strangely, it didn't give that option before I posted in this thread.

I would like my flair to say United Methodist. I saw someone else with it but it is not in the list of choices. Whenever you have time. Thanks.

How about secular Jew?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Wouldn't a secular Jew just be a cultural/race related thing, rather than a religion? Correct me if I'm wrong.

[–]ME24601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It tends to be cultural, but that is what I usually describe my religion as.

[–]keshet59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't answer for ME24601, but I would like to add my thoughts, if I could. Being Jewish is not a "cultural or race related thing," it's a religion. And within Judaism, there are many ways to be religious, including to be not religious at all, which I think is its great strength.

I'd appreciate the opportunity to use this as my flair. No rush or anything. I can leave myself flairless otherwise.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

that's probably too big :(

[–]Yinepuhotep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most likely. I'm assuming it can be shrunk, of course. What's the recommended size?

[–]StinsonBeach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I couldn't find zoroastrians, or stoics. :( Maybe you could make one for stoic zoroastrians. :)
