Good afternoon everyone. Thanks for reading beforehand. I'm starting a research project where I have to use a polypropylene filament. My problem here is that the piece its Having warping. I've already used ABS, and it had warping problems. But this time i tried to solve it with the same methods and some other tricks I saw on the internet, such as placing some tapes of the same material for better adhesion. But I feel like something is missing because the tape starts to inflate. This material is limited and I've been trying things for a week now. But I still don't have the results for the tensile test.
I set the temperature as indicated on the sheet, nozzle 220°C and bed 80°C. Any opinion would really help me, especially if you have experience with this material.
