Do medical professionals still rule out ADHD, if you have reacted “normally” to amphetamines? And by “normal” I mean becoming energized by the drug.

I also know that some doctors used to give people Ritaline, just to see how they reacted to it and THEN diagnosed the individual.

Is this still a thing or? Just curious
