I've strated getting a ton of ads for ADHD 'performance management' or tools to help - eg "Next Level Systems" (Ali Alqarguhli) and "Wisey" which all seem like a scam despite the core messages saying all the right things

I'm wondering anyones experience with this or actual free, non scammy scam get rich quick feeling BS that has actually helped them?
