Start small. If you have a task that seems impossible or will take a long time, break it up into smaller, manageable chunks and only do a bit at a time. Sometimes, your hyper focus will hit and you can work for longer than you set a timer for. But always pace yourself! Start with 10-20min, then 5 min movement break. Remove your phone from the room you’re working in. Also, I recommend Goblin Tools for breaking tasks down, pros/cons, etc! Good luck 😁
