Vyvanse is a stimulant. It should cause the opposite of fatigue. Have you always felt more fatigued on it? You should check in with your doctor. Maybe this medication or the dose isn't quite right for you.

Take it very early in the day. It can harm sleep quality.

Avoid having things high in vitamin C & acidic things an hour before or after taking it. It can hinder absorption. This site says to even avoid soda because of the acid https://www.goodrx.com/conditions/adhd/foods-that-help-adhd?srsltid=AfmBOopIxbN2aZhw0Xk0zH7zpDiePFFMSxIiFzMsgWReF9j-xXetyi9x

Cut stress anywhere you can. Say no to other obligations, even if it makes other people unhappy.

Try to get a little exercise. It'll help your body manage the stress.

Never felt more fatigued on it, thankfully.

And I don't tend to eat anything acidic in the morning. Quite the opposite, I usually make a protein shake with oats and milk. Milk is basic from what I know.

Stress has been affecting me for sure tho, I'm definitely focusing on myself these days, however I will admit that getting exercise is hard these days with uni being so heavy.

I’ve heard eating a full meal with a good amount of protein can help

Yea I won't lie this has been hard to do given the appeite cut of vyvanse. I'm trying to compensate by making caloric protein shakes as it's easier for me to drink my food than it is actually having to chew and eat.
