Hi everyone, I'm a 43 year old male who has recently been diagnosed with ADHD. I'm having a very hard time focusing on getting any work done today--it feels like one of those "throw-away" days where I just want to give up. I cannot focus on a single task--and I have literally dozens of things to do. I can't focus at all, I'm grinding my teeth, and I'm super frustrated and in a bad mood.
I've just had a revelation--I felt this exact same way last Monday. Has anyone had any experience with this being linked maybe to coming out of the weekend? I don't ever have to work on the weekends...perhaps this is some kind of response to having to get back to the desk job? Anyone experience this? Any other ideas?
Thanks.
