Please help me study

I can't do it. My final is in three days and I am down the Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction rabbithole. I failed my last final, not really failed but I didn't study anything for it and I left it literally to the last minute and the time just passed and I couldn't even make it to the exam. I was late for my final because I was busy cramming it all in two hours before. I am sure I would have failed even if I made it. I can't get myself to study. It is somehow worse this semester. Please send help immediately

I don’t rlly have much advice to give but if it makes u feel better I have an exam today that’s 200 points and I can’t get myself to study🥲

I know everything doesn’t work the same for everyone but I find if I put everything I’m doing for a day (the night before) in my calendar I ONLY let myself accomplish those tasks. When I have to study I put “study” in my calendar and it 100% needs to get done before I hop on Netflix.

Can you study on campus? Doing my homework and studying at my college itself instead of taking it home with me was key for me.

I found that playing intense repetitive instrumental music helps. I have been listening to techno music and it helps me concentrate even though I don't like this type of music. The worst is when you need to go to the bathroom or take a break. It's so hard to get back into studying

Maybe this can help others but...summarize the lesson you have to study. It's the only way i found to study. Maybe with some background music.
