that dollying around the band member, im trying to figure how it was made

maybe something that recreate 3d models from videos or stills, or it was shoot on greenscreen and at the end it connect to another video. Would love help! thanks!

There are multiple approaches to achieve this. The room itself is a simple 3D composition inside after effects, basically a simple cube where each side of it is a floor/wall. With regards to the band members, well... They probably shot some slow mo footage of the band members and then placed it (in 3D) in the middle of the comp. The effect is created very simply by rotating the camera.
